Check your understanding. Answer the questions throughout each course. Read the feedback and retry when needed before moving ahead.
Apply the lesson. Write a response using only the fictional scenario. Review the model response, then complete workplace demonstrations with your supervisor.
About completion and privacy
Courses do not require a sign-in. Progress and practice responses are stored only in this browser. They are not sent to Elites Care, Therap, or an LMS. Completion summaries are self-reported and do not verify employee identity or replace practical competency assessment. On a shared device, restart the course before the next employee begins.
Use only the fictional training scenarios. Never enter an individual’s private information or actual service record. Some browsers limit saved progress when a course is embedded in another website. Opening the training directly in its own tab can help.
